Minimum Requirements
- 20 years of age or older
- CLEAN & Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing and able to work outdoors in heat and humidity
- Able to lift 40lbs and handle physical work (bending, kneeling, weeding etc.)
- Must be able to use personal communication device for our reward system, scheduling and route dispatch.
Preferred Skills (Not Required – We’ll Train the Right Person!)
- Experience with blowers, walk behind mowers, edgers, grass trimmers, shrub trimmers
- Quick to learn, detail-oriented, and self motivated
- Interest in leadership and advancement opportunities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain residential and small commercial properties: Mow, trim, edge, trim shrubs , pull weeds, property clean ups.
- Apply organic weed control and fertilizer (we’ll train you)
- Learn & use our field CRM device (customer job tracking)
- Keep our equipment running smooth with routine maintenance
- Communicate with teammates and customers respectfully and professionally
- Show up looking sharp and work like you mean it
