42 week Plan (commercial)
A full-service lawn care program that includes the following services: Mowing all turf areas, trimming turf areas inaccessible to mowers with line trimmer; edging walkways, driveway, and patio; blowing grass clippings from off concrete back into turf, with a power blower. Trimming of smaller trees, palms, and shrubs (under six feet high). Maintaining shrub/flower beds, including trimming plants, using weed killer, and/or manually removing unwanted weeds, vines, and tree sprouts. All debris will be tied and/or bagged then taken to curb for recycle pick up or can be removed from premises with an extra fee
38-week plan Mowing, Trim & Weed control

Bi-Monthly plan
Designed for the sparse turfed properties this program only includes the following services twice a month. Mowing all turf areas, trimming turf areas inaccessible to mowers with line trimmer; edging walkways, driveway, and patio; blowing grass clippings from off concrete back into turf, with a power blower.
Billing
The fee is determined by adding together the cost of all jobs during one yearly cycle, then dividing it by twelve. The amount of work varies according to the seasons, but your monthly cost remains the same.
